Refund Policy
Thanks for your Understanding.
KloudN9ne Rolling Video Games reserves the right to refuse services or cancel a party for any reason and at whatever time. Should we cancel at any time during the party, we will reasonably factor time worked when issuing a refund. If the party is canceled in the middle of the party by the customer for any reason, we reserve the right to decide whether a refund of any portion will be returned.

Cancellation due to rain shall not be a reason for cancellation unless approved by KloudN9ne. We will work hard to resolve any situation that may arise concerning every aspect of your event.
Prior to the Party
All parties are required to be paid in full 7 days prior to guarantee your party time. If you cancel your party, we will charge you a $25 fee. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your party, we will charge you a $75 fee.
If you are not at your party at the address provided and do not receive service, we will charge you for the full party. There are no refunds for services performed. If we are unable to provide service, there will be no charge.
